Puddles B Gone has deep roots in the heart of Indiana, where it was developed and supported by two passionate individuals, Diana and Tim Miller. Diana, known as the
Splash-Free Sovereign, lives in Tipton, Indiana, and originally hails from Indianapolis. Her journey from the bustling streets of the state’s capital to the close-knit community of Tipton has been marked by her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of pet owners everywhere.
Tim Miller, the brilliant engineer and product designer behind Puddles B Gone, is also from Tipton, Indiana. Growing up in this small town, Tim developed a strong work ethic and a knack for innovation. His close connection to the community and shared values with Diana have driven the creation of a product that’s both practical and reliable.
Together, their Indiana roots have influenced the development of Puddles B Gone, a product designed to keep homes dry and pets happy. PRODUCTS & ORDERING
Review the product description, selected options, quantity, and checkout total before placing your order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Each standalone waterer includes its base, jug, and matching cap. The adjustable stand is sold separately unless it is listed as part of a bundle. Original-model caps do not fit the new blue waterer.
30-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, including new and slightly used items, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to request a return or exchange before sending your item back.
Customer pays return shipping for ordinary satisfaction or change-of-mind returns, including claims under our 30-Day Drier-Floors Guarantee. Puddles B Gone covers any required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. There is no restocking fee. Earlier purchases retain the return terms offered at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
