Returns & Exchanges
Our waterers are backed by our 30-Day Drier-Floors Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the waterer does not significantly reduce the overall water mess around your pet’s drinking area.
We also offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all products. Full refunds include original standard shipping. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary satisfaction or change-of-mind returns, including guarantee claims. We cover any required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. No restocking fee.
