30-Day Drier-Floors Guarantee

Try either waterer at home. If it does not significantly reduce the overall water mess around your pet’s drinking area, contact us within 30 days of delivery to return it for a full refund, including original standard shipping. We provide a prepaid return label.

Built to last. Backed by replacement parts.

Our durable waterers are made for long-term, everyday use. Replace a worn or damaged component instead of replacing the whole waterer. Contact Tim and Diane for help finding the right part for your model. Original-model caps do not fit the updated blue waterer.

30-day returns and exchanges on all products · No restocking fee · Family-owned customer support
