Transform Our Community—Together! Help Us Foster and Find Forever Homes for Unwanted Animals
ADOPT A PET Program
Pet Adoption
Our furry friends trust us to help them find their forever homes. That is why we call on the locals in our community, particularly those interested in adopting one of our lovable, family-friendly pets.
Awareness
Our organization is committed to educating fellow community members on the issues of the domestic and feral animal population. We design programs that focus on raising awareness on this topic.
Volunteer
Our volunteer-based group is known for hosting events where individuals can help enrich the lives of animals in need. You may stop by and visit our gatherings to inquire about volunteering or start by filling out an application.

Critters of wellbeing
Vaccine initiative protects shelter pets and community pets from needlessly contracting life-threatening illnesses, such as distemper, parvo and rabies. By providing vaccines to shelters that cannot afford them and offering free and low-cost vaccine clinics to underserved communities, BPF is ensuring healthier shelter populations and healthier family pets.
Lifesaving identification and lifetime registration. A registered microchip can make a huge difference for lost pets or in case of emergency. Not only do microchips act as a form of permanent identification in case a pet is ever lost, but they also help quickly reunite lost pets with their owners, preventing family pets from ending up in shelters. Helping build a better world.
As the nation’s largest funded adoption event, Empty the Shelters helps homeless pets find families by making adoption affordable for prospective pet owners. We do this by supporting participating organizations with reimbursement for each pet adopted. This lifesaving reduced-fee adoption event is a Win-Win-Win: Adopters win because BPF pays.
